Our client last entered the United States when he was 17 years old. He is from El Salvador, and he was able to get Temporary Protected Status (TPS). However, TPS only gave him “temporary” protection, so he was looking to apply for permanent residency. He finally received his green card in the mail on April 27, 2023.
