Attorney Shaheen Negit earned a B.A. from Rutgers University and received his J.D. from New England Law | Boston.

He specializes in family-based immigration where he handles marriage-based green card petitions, U Visas, VAWA Petitions, claims for asylum, waivers of inadmissibility, removal of conditions, naturalization and citizenship cases.

Prior to joining McBean Law, Shaheen has served many clients at immigration law firms handling family based cases as well as removal defense. When he is not practicing law he loves to travel and play basketball.
