Family-Based Visas

Whether you are petitioning for a spouse, child, parent, fiance or sibling, we can assist you from the beginning of the process or on appeal in the case of denials. We prepare complex family filings, adjustment of status applications and consular processing for family members abroad.

Complex Marriage Cases

We analyze marriage cases very carefully to prepare new filings in cases that were previously denied; respond to a Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID), Notice of Intent to Revoke (NOIR), or Requests for Additional Evidence (RFE); and prepare Removal of Conditions waivers.

Waivers

We prepare waivers to address complex inadmissibility issues. We prepare the I-601A (unlawful presence), I-601 (fraud, misrepresentation, criminal grounds, health grounds, alien smuggling), I-212, nonimmigrant visa waiver, I-602 (for refugees) and the COVID vaccination waiver based on religious beliefs or moral conviction.

Removal Defense

We defend clients in removal proceedings by advocating all forms of eligible relief (e.g., Cancellation of Removal, Adjustment of Status, Asylum, Marriage Fraud Waiver, Removal of Conditions, waivers of inadmissibility, and Voluntary Departure). We also prepare Motion to Reopen and Terminate old removal orders and seek Prosecutorial Discretion to settle certain cases. We appeal cases before the Immigration Court and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).

Motions and Appeals

We defend clients on appeal before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Executive Office for Immigration Review (Immigration Court).

Humanitarian Cases

We help victims of domestic violence, widows(ers), crime victims (U Visa), trafficking victims (T visa), neglected or abused youth, and asylum seekers obtain lawful status. We also prepare humanitarian waivers, parole and deferred action requests.

Naturalization & Citizenship

We prepare complex naturalization applications for individuals with a criminal record, tax problems, child support issues, and other moral character issues. We also appeal naturalization denials and respond to a Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID).

Consular Processing

We provide full service to individuals and employees going through the immigrant visa process. We prepare the DS-260 Visa Application, expedited requests to the National Visa Center and U.S. embassies, nonimmigrant visa waiver, I-601 waiver to address ground of inadmissibility and visa refusals, and we help individuals placed in administrative processing (221g).

Employment-Based Green Card Self-Petition Process (EB-1A)

We help clients with extraordinary achievements in the sciences, arts, education, business or athletics self-petition for lawful permanent residency.

Employment-Based Green Card for Individuals with Advanced Degree or Exceptional Ability (EB-2)

We help clients with advanced degrees or exceptional ability in their field self-petition or apply for permanent residency through an employer-sponsored process. We analyze our client’s  qualifications for the National Interest Waiver and conduct independent research to advocate for their eligibility to bypass the labor certification (PERM) process.

Employment-Based Green Card for Skilled Workers, Professionals or Others (EB-3)

We work with employers to sponsor skilled workers, professionals and other workers. We prepare the Permanent Labor Certification application (PERM) from the Department of Labor, I-140 Petition for Alien Worker and adjustment of status or consular processing for the employee.

Employment-Based Green Card for Religious Ministers or Workers (EB-4)

We prepare Green Card applications for religious ministers and religious workers who are in the U.S. and outside of the U.S.

Employment-Based Green Card for Investors (EB-5)

We help high net worth individuals obtain permanent residency through a self-petition investment pathway.

Visa for Entrepreneurs and Investors (E-2 Visa)

We help qualified entrepreneurs obtain a visa to launch their business or investment in the U.S.
