Legal Immigration Services
We offer a wide array of immigration services to individuals and businesses.
Whether you are petitioning for a spouse, child, parent, fiance or sibling, we can assist you from the beginning of the process or on appeal in the case of denials. We prepare complex family filings, adjustment of status applications and consular processing for family members abroad.
Complex Marriage Cases
We analyze marriage cases very carefully to prepare new filings in cases that were previously denied; respond to a Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID), Notice of Intent to Revoke (NOIR), or Requests for Additional Evidence (RFE); and prepare Removal of Conditions waivers.
We prepare waivers to address complex inadmissibility issues. We prepare the I-601A (unlawful presence), I-601 (fraud, misrepresentation, criminal grounds, health grounds, alien smuggling), I-212, nonimmigrant visa waiver, I-602 (for refugees) and the COVID vaccination waiver based on religious beliefs or moral conviction.
We defend clients in removal proceedings by advocating all forms of eligible relief (e.g., Cancellation of Removal, Adjustment of Status, Asylum, Marriage Fraud Waiver, Removal of Conditions, waivers of inadmissibility, and Voluntary Departure). We also prepare Motion to Reopen and Terminate old removal orders and seek Prosecutorial Discretion to settle certain cases. We appeal cases before the Immigration Court and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).
Motions and Appeals
We defend clients on appeal before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Executive Office for Immigration Review (Immigration Court).
We help victims of domestic violence, widows(ers), crime victims (U Visa), trafficking victims (T visa), neglected or abused youth, and asylum seekers obtain lawful status. We also prepare humanitarian waivers, parole and deferred action requests.

We prepare complex naturalization applications for individuals with a criminal record, tax problems, child support issues, and other moral character issues. We also appeal naturalization denials and respond to a Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID).
