
Attorney Carol Anasco D’Agostino strongly relates with the plight of immigrants having personally experienced complex immigration and naturalization procedures.
She specializes in marriage-based green card petitions, immigrant visa petitions for family members, waivers of inadmissibility, consular matters, naturalization and citizenship cases. Carol gained experience representing numerous clients at immigration law firms handling employment and family based cases. She likewise volunteered at the International Institute of Metropolitan Detroit, a non-profit organization helping under-represented families with achieving their immigration goals.
She received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of the Philippines, and her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Western Michigan Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. She is a recipient of Certificate of Merit Awards (Highest Grade in Class) in Immigration Law and Pretrial Skills.
Carol is fluent in Tagalog and Visayan languages of the Philippines. She is admitted to the State Bar of Michigan and authorized to practice immigration law for clients in all 50 states and abroad. She serves as parliamentarian in various nonprofit Filipino organizations and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
