Overview
Attorney Leticia Fantauzzi-Singer has over 25 years of experience in business and family-based immigration, as well as removal/deportation defense and asylum.
Prior to joining McBean Law, she worked at the NYC Asylum Application Help Center as a Supervising Attorney, handling asylum applications before the EOIR and USCIS, as well as TPS applications.
Her team submitted over 34,000 asylum applications and more than 13,000 TPS applications on behalf of foreign nationals residing in NYC.
In 2024, the NYC Asylum Application Help Center won the American Bar Association’s Hodson Award for Public Service.
Before that, she spent over 20 years in private practice, focusing on business and family-based immigration, asylum, naturalization, and removal/deportation defense.
