The Immigration Paralegal will support attorneys in preparing and filing a wide range of immigration applications and court filings, including family-based, removal defense, and humanitarian matters. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to manage a busy case docket while maintaining strong communication with clients and legal staff. Experience preparing immigration forms, drafting motions and declarations, and assisting with immigration court filings is required.
