We were able to secure the termination of his removal proceedings, paving the way for a chance at getting his green card.
In May 2023, it was a giant leap forward for our client when we filed his I-485 Adjustment of Status Application. We collaborated closely with our client to compile a comprehensive packet, including a myriad of bona fide evidence showing the authenticity of his marriage.
Victory came in January 2024, when our client’s application for Adjustment of Status was approved.
After almost a decade of perseverance, he finally received the news he had been waiting for – he was now a Lawful Permanent Resident of the United States.
