Attorney Kimberly Anderson is an experienced immigration attorney with over a decade of practice representing clients in complex immigration matters. She focuses on removal defense, family-based immigration, and humanitarian relief, including VAWA petitions, U Visas, SIJS, waivers, and adjustment of status.
Kimberly regularly represents clients before USCIS, ICE, and the Immigration Courts, and is known for her strategic, litigation-driven approach to challenging cases. She has extensive experience developing case strategy, preparing complex filings, and advocating for clients in removal proceedings.
Prior to focusing on litigation, Kimberly handled a broad range of employment-based immigration matters, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, and TN visas, as well as EB-1, EB-2 National Interest Waiver, PERM, and EB-5 petitions. She has represented multinational corporations, startups, and individuals across various industries.
Kimberly earned her Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
