Pay: $17 – $19 an hour – Full-time

Job Summary:

The Receptionist position is best suited for an individual with excellent communications and customer service skills. The ideal candidate also has to be highly organized, a self-starter, and motivated to support our clients and leadership team.

Essential Functions:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients and other guests;
• Manage attorney calendars and schedule meetings for several busy attorneys;
• Answer incoming calls and book consultations for the attorneys;
• Route incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff;
• Perform other related tasks at the direction of the administrative team

Competencies:

• Associate’s degree Minimum of one year of experience in an administrative and/or office setting ideally a law office setting
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently without much supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual – Spanish speaker is a must

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
